All Army Ice Hockey returns to Fort Drum for the sophomore season as nearly 30 Soldier-athletes gathered Nov. 28 at Watertown Municipal Arena for their first practice of the two-week trial camp. The morning session including some skills and conditioning drills as the players got to know each other’s abilities on the ice. Following the afternoon practice, the team will meet with 10th Mountain Division (LI) senior leaders and community members for an icebreaker social. Last December, the inaugural All Army Ice Hockey Team won all its scrimmages during the trial camp and went undefeated in international competition at the 5th Baltic Military Winter Games in Lithuania.
