Brown rice encrusted lamb
Ground lamb, cumin oregano and egg is rolled in cooked brown wild rice (which is actually a sort of grass seed from Minnesota( and is fried in olive oil. It's atop deep fried kale leaves that were blanched first. The sauce is a Dijon Bearnaise.
