1971 Mercedes-Benz 280SE 3.5 liter Coupe

Referred to as the ‘engine of tomorrow’ by Mercedes, the company threw much of its technical prowess into making the 3.5 L engine both smooth and powerful. Opulent trim and luxurious equipment adorning the cabin help keep up to five passengers very comfortable. Only 4,502 of these cars, in both coupe and convertible form, were sold between 1969 and 1971. Apart from the Mercedes' top of the line 600 series, this car was the flagship model in the line-up, it was also one of the most expensive.
This beautiful and very desirable coupe is presented in beautiful condition throughout. Equipped with factory air conditioning, power windows, and column shift. The body is very straight and the undercarriage is in very good condition. The paint and chrome is equally nice. Inside, the wood trim, leather, and carpeting are in good condition and the car retains its factory original Becker radio.
