linguini tossed with garlic and taba ng talangka (crab fat)
taba ng talangka or crab fat is that orange slimy blob you see inside crab heads thats packed with flavor.
cook half a box of linguini. chop up 2-3 cloves of garlic. heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan. scoop out 2 tablespoons of crab fat, drop it in the oil and mash till it liquifies. add garlic. add linguini. add some pasta water if dry. season with some salt and pepper. toss. serves 2.
