Fedex Package Tracker Progress
I love this package tracking stuff. I didn't know this package was in the country until last night when they sent me an email to say it had been delivered but no-one was home.
So I rang them this morning and asked what the likely time of delivery would be, was told "between 10:30 and 12", then rang my partner and let her know.
About 12, I press "reload" on this page and see that it's been delivered and signed for - cool!!
The only quick improvement I can think of is if they had emailed me yesterday morning to say "the package is on the truck for delivery", then I could have contacted them yesterday morning to arrange for someone to be at home.
