I have not found the motivation to go out and search for wildlife lately. I have found an abundance, however, here at home. It's just as unpredictable as wildlife elsewhere but easier to grab my camera. This year's fawn season has been especially gratifying. Portions of the yard appear to have become a playground of sorts. At about 5 or 6 weeks, these two found that the dirt driveway to the barn was perfect to try out their new running shoes. That didn't keep them from stopping for a portrait.
