After allowing me the pleasure of its acquaintance, this Golden-crowned Kinglet takes to the air, and back to a never-ending search for small insects amongst the bramble and branches. Otherwise a grey-olive drab, a golden-orange crown makes their identification fairly simple. I don't often see them, but when I do it is always a pleasure. #GoldenCrownedKinglet
