Troopers assigned to 2nd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, begin a tactical formation with their Stryker Combat Vehicles while participating in a mounted combined arms rehearsal with soldiers belonging to the Romanian Land Forces, during Exercise Wind Spring 2015 at Smardan Training Area, Romania, Apr. 18, 2015.
