Willow went to the vet today for a checkup. In the last two weeks we've been monitoring his weight and overall health. In the beginning he responded to the medication by gaining quite some weight, but the last few days it was getting less. Now we've doubled his medication and we'll see what will happen.
On a plus note he doesn't act sick (yet) end his bloodpressure is fine.
The vet did give us an indication of what might happen when he does get sick. I'm hoping it'll never happen, but it's sadly inevitable.
It makes us feel very aware that nothing is forever, a thought we have to get used to.
Untill now, Willow is doing fine and he's happy and that's what counts most.
