I love the NT Cutter. Cheap, elegant, simple, efficient industrial design.

 

It's easy to change blades without needing tools (like you do with a Stanley knife). The blades are scored into small sections that can be snapped off regularly to keep the blade sharp (another deficiency with the Stanley knife). The instructions come in Japanese too - how cool is that! :)
