Forester's Tern

This guy/gal landed within 5 feet away from me landing on rail. He/she was just as curious about me as I was him/her. To say the least we had a great conversation......:)

Diet -

Fish, insects, other small aquatic life. Diet is mostly fish at all seasons, but in summer on marshes may eat many insects. Also eats small crustaceans, frogs.
