AlabamaPanorama

When I was growing up and in elementary school, I was always told to play nice when on the playground. Now that I'm all growd up, I find that this still applies. This is my new local playground, The Alabama Hills.

With Death Valley, Trona Pinnacles, Bristlecone Forest, Whitney Portal, Mono Lake and Yosemite, all within a few hours drive and just 15 mins away Lake Diaz, which is a great place to take a dip and cool off if needed. I'm much happier on my new playground, and I seem to make more friends here as well. After spending my last few week long trips with Wayne out in the southwest, he was kind enough to come out to my neck of the woods and spend a week with me shooting "The Hills" and surrounding area. That's his jeep in the background in the lower left. Wayne has been a wonderful friend and mentor and I would like to pay a tribute to his generosity and kindness. I would not be producing nightscapes and panorama's such as this, without his expert teachings. Thank you Wayne. :) You truly are the "Duke of the night Sky"

This panorama is a result of Wayne teachings, and was even shot using his backup camera, but please don't blame the pp on him. LOL :)
