This image was created by combining a longer exposure (glow & cloud detail) with a shorter exposure (Moon detail).
I took these images when I purchased by first camera (Canon 1000D and still my only camera). I took the images with a second-hand entry level zoom, holding the camera in my hand. I processed the image recently, following a clear out of my memory card.
