The shoes.
Aimée's shoes. Aimée is Reesa's friend. Theresa bought them because they reminded her of Aimée. She would like these shoes.
I think these shoes are perfect to wear, either at the Cafe Brasil or the Cantina of the Palomar.
___
French lesson-
Aimée has the accent egu (or aigu- not sure which is right, but the 'u' sound is like 'oo', but with a funny twist that Americans have trouble with.)
The accent, aigu, goes from southwest to northeast.
The accent, grave, goes from northwest to southeast.
So, how do you remember which is which? I have a way, by gar:
The word GRAVE has an R in it. The distinguishing mark of the letter R is the leg that comes off at an angle. The angle (northwest to southeast) is the same as that of the accent grave. So there.
