Together with the client, the architecture firm of Denzer & Poensgen from Cologne here devised a striking spatial and residential concept: With around 470 m² of residential space on 3 levels, the building – which is almost entirely in fairfaced concrete – alludes to the legacy of Roman building culture which may be found throughout the historic city of Trier.
