Day 113: Triple Coconut Cupcake

The Triple Coconut from Trophy Cupcakes is very pretty, but it has a bit too much coconut for my tastes. I mean, coconut cake with coconut buttercream and shaved coconut is just a bit over the top. It's very pretty though. :)
