A Virtual Start to the 2020-21 School Year
The 2020-21 school year began virtually for the vast majority of students at Des Moines Public Schools, a safety measure in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many teachers across the district, such as here at Greenwood Elementary School, still reported to school to use their classrooms as the site for the virtual lessons being taught.
