Chocolate Chocolate Chip Double Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich

I liked the vanilla version (recipe included here) so much I made another batch of cookies, this time with a lot more chocolate chips. And then I got double chocolate ice cream to go in between.

 

So this is a quadruple chocolate ice cream sandwich. :-)
