1958 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa - s/n 0724TR
60 Years of Ferrari in America
This 1958 'pontoon fender" 250 TR was delivered to Jacques Swaters' Ecurie Francorchamps. It raced at LeMans and other international events in 1958, and then was sold to Chinetti to John "Buck" Fulp, an American racer. Fulp raced the car only a few times before selling it to Texas oilman Alan Connell, who raced it for a season before acquiring a larger-engined Ferrari. A Texas dentist bought the TR from Connell in the 70's. It has been carefully restored to its 1958 LeMans appearance.
