Mom's coconut Judge Judy birthday cake
I always make my nephews' birthday cakes. And one year I even made one for Dad. This year, Mom asked if I would make her a "Judge Judy" cake (Mom and I get a kick out of watching Judy -- fabulous entertainment). This is what I came up with.
It is based on chyrons from two cases that particularly made us laugh -- one in which the plaintiff, Jennifer Barry, was suing someone for a larger rent payment, even though Jennifer had the larger bedroom and freely admitted this. In the second case, defendant Willie Davis did not bring evidence. He was doomed.
