The 9th Annual Jazz Festival featured more than 20 bands and 130 musicians. At least 75,000 people took in the nine day festival that featured shows at the Berklee Performance Center, Berklee's Cafe 939, Scullers Jazz Club, The Regattabar, and the legendary Wally's Jazz Club just down Mass Ave from Berklee. All Saturday gigs were free and held on three stages along a sprawling festival Site on Columbus Ave in the South End, just blocks from Berklee.
