Grand Wizzard Theodore
The legendary Grand Wizzard Theodore (widely credited as the inventor of scratching) during the Milestones Jam-Master Jay (Jason Mizell of Run-DMC) tribute in September 2006 at Berklee, the first school to fully embrace the turntable as a musical instrument (in 1994). The Milestones Tribute honored many of the living legends who developed or shaped hip hop in the early days and golden era. Quite an evening. I was lucky to get a press pass to the cover the event.
