Auxiliary Room / 3rd Bedroom

We plan to use this as our home office & studio. It's nice but the A/C doesn't go to this room and there's only 1 window… so it gets a little *TOASTY*, hence why neither us want to use this as our bedroom. However, I'm going to try and convince Joe he should put his bed in here so that we don't have to walk through his room anytime we want to go the patio (but I think this pitch is falling on deaf ears).
