A female Anthaxia hungarica's cuticule detail on the thorax.

This Coleoptera (Buprestidae) was found in summer 2019, feeding on flowers.

Studio work, stacking made of 60 images, assembled using Zerene Stacker (Pmax & Dmap). Post production using Adobe Lightroom5.6, Adobe Photoshop CC 2019. Canon 600D. Lomo 9x, ISO-100, 3,2 sec. 4 daylight LED, DIY diffuser. Step size : 4µm.

Magnification is 12,4:1.
