I suck out to Anacapa Island for a day of diving between SoCal's current sequence of atmospheric rivers. Conditions were surprisingly good, but a little surgey. The score of the day was this hunt between a predatory Navanax sea slug and it's quarry, an opalescent nudibranch. The nudi broke off it's back end after getting caught and drifted away.
