Ruggedized hurricane response packs are being prepared by Direct Relief staff in the Santa Barbara, California warehouse. These packs can be mobilized as needed for medical response to clinics and health centers in affected areas. Over $30 million in medical inventory is available to responding health facilities.
Emergency packs contain medical items to treat 100 patients for 3 days. In addition supplies to aid those with acute or chronic injuries or illness. 100% of designated contributions will be used to support people in hurricane affected communities.
