Coil sheet cutting machine: cut to length line

Machine configuration:

 

Decoiler, uncoiler : Manual screw type, manual self centring, Hydraulic expandable taper wedge type, Hydraulic expandable link type, With VFD for speed control, with hydraulic power pack system. Capacity 5 / 10 MT

 

Pinch Roll : To unwind coil if manual non driven decoiler used. With high power geared motor, VFD can be selected for better loop control.

 

Loop pit control: When hydraulic decoiler with VFD selected, a set of sensors is provided to control the loop. Additionally a digital encoder is provided on over arm for feed back to control system to unwind the coil as per line speed. This gives very smooth control and perfact feed to feedroll unit.

 

Feed Roll: Feed roll unit having latest servo motor with low backlash geared unit. This ensures precise length cutting and fast operation. With pneumatic actuationa nd mechanical balancing of top rolls, operation is very smooth and fast.

 

Shear unit : Mechanical down cut shear machine with clutch brake unit ensures noise free operation while cutting action. It acuates automatically whenn preset length is feed by feed roll unit. The machine is equipped with automatic lubrication system to give proper dose of lubrication to machine.

 

Run out conveyor : Full width conveyor is provided to remove the cut sheet immediately after cutting operation. It makes easy passage to run the new sheet on conveyor.
