Doom [Explored!]

When walking around the the Animal Kingdom with talented and skilled photographers Dan, Matt and Jeff, I felt compelled to try shots that I have always wanted to shoot but never had much success with.

 

Into the sun shots are ones that I really admire and these guys have mastered their techniques. So when I saw them shooting into the sun in DinoLand USA, I thought I'd give it a try.

 

The result isn't my best effort but it's not a bad one either. I like that the sun and lens flares give the illusion of the doomsday meteor that did the dinosaurs in. I have some creative ideas for these types of shots for this area. Any tips and all feedback - good or bad - will be very much appreciated!
