Texas Style Beef Stew

Ingredients

 

3 pounds Cubed Braised Chuck Steak

1 29 oz. can Tomato Paste

1 15 oz can French Style Green Beans

1 15 oz can Pinto Beans

1 15 oz can Cream Style Corn

6 medium Red Potatoes, diced

6 medium Carrots, peeled and sliced

3 diced Roma Tomatoes

1 medium Yellow Onion, sliced and quartered

season to taste with white pepper, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic salt and salt.

 

Place ingredients in 6 quart crock pot and cook on high until it begins to boil around edges, then turn to low for 4-5 hours, or until meat is tender.

 

Serve with crackers and a cold tasty beverage.
