Harambe Spire

Can someone tell me what this is?

 

I will be the first to say, I do not know everything about Walt Disney World. Even with living here, working here and visiting the parks for the past 6 months, I still am learning new things about this whole new world. As I traveled around Africa one day, I came upon this spire or tower in the middle of Harambe. It stands so regally next to the restaurant there and I have no idea what it's for or...
