Mini tutorial: layer technique case

Morven photo ask... how I create this one, well here is short description:

 

1. first layer (bottom)

2. second layer

3. third layer

4. fourth layer (top)

 

I using photoshop rubber tool for masking layer four and airbrush tool for painting white areas.
