Fishing - This time in reverse

I elected to drive from Ottawa to Barrie earlier this week, just so I could appreciate the autumn season and colours of the trees in this great province.

In taking the back roads, I was afforded plenty of colourful views and virtually no traffic on the many winding roads I travelled. As I drove Westbound on lonely Hwy 41, by chance I stopped at a roadside lake, and found an Ontario MoE truck stocking this tiny lake with 5 year old speckled trout. The operators said they were unloading about 300-400 fish to a nice new home.

Tooey Lake is located around 30 km from Renfrew, Ontario, and now has much to offer anglers of all skill levels!

SooC, with no adjustment other than a slight crop to accentuate the action of restocking the lake.
