Trash, What Is America Coming To?

To give you a little more information...this was a rancher's fence just outside Grizzly Island Wildlife Area in Suisun, CA. The winds were high and all this trash was blowing out of the local dump. As you can see this went on for miles. Makes you think twice when they ask "paper or plastic" or better said "cut down a tree or non-degradable"?
