20191026 Mystery Plant - Solved. It's a Strawberry Arbutus!

We visited the community garden at our friend Kaaron's neighborhood and were unable to identify this plant. I thought the fruit looks a little like a lychee, but I don't think it is. But, I like the fall-like colors. If anyone knows what it is, could you please let me know. Thanks.
