20190906 Umeshu
This is a Japanese liqueur made by letting Japanese plums (Ume) ferment in "white liquor", a type of Japanese vodka, for at least six months. It is fairly tart with a distinct plum taste. For We're Here! who are looking at pickles and other fermented food. Also my POTD.
