20180303 Cosmic Glints
We went to the Newport Beach Civic Center Park to look at their latest sculpture exhibition. The current sculptures will be on display until the fall of 2019, then they will be replaced with new objects. This sculpture, by an artist named Patricia Vader, is made from bicycle wheels, which have panels attached to them. This causes the wheels to spin in the wind.
