Protruding Intestines

These medical series are going to be gruesome for some and i apologize if it is.

 

These pictures were taken in the surgical room during my personal attachment in Alpha Medical Center. I took the opportunity to take some pictures for many other medical students around the world to c what happens in the surgical room.

 

In this picture, the uterus was removed as it was infected with fibroid as well and she had already given birth so she simply wanted it out.

Since the intestines are above the uterus, they simply popped out!
