DeVry University 80 Images for 80 Years Photo Contest Finalist - Like Father, Like Son

I took this photo a few years back during a Fourth of July Parade. The lighting was bad, it was a bit out of focus, and just generally didn't look right. Thanks to my DeVry education in Web Graphic Design I learned the techniques necessary to make it really pop. Thanks DeVry for a great experience!
