Aggregation in Drupal: FeedAPI

Eric is opening the FeedAPI session here. On the panel: Ken Rickards, Alex Barth, Eric Gundersen and Aron Novak. FeedAPI will offer a straight forward aggregation solution plus flexibility and extensibility - and less motivation for writing yet another aggregator module.

 

Currently, including the core aggregator module, there are 10 aggregation modules out there. That makes for a new aggregator every 3 months since aggregator2 came out as first contrib aggregator in September 2005.
