Strange Place For A Rainbow

A few months ago a professional photographer I bumped into while on Stetson University campus showed me how a rainbow is formed from the fountain when the sun strikes it just right. Well I later found today how the spray combined with the sun and looking at it at the right angle enhances the rainbow effect.

 

Here I'm looking NE towards the corner of the library. Not sure if that guy sitting in that bench works for this shot, but what could I say to him?
