Spellbound Trio

I discovered this nest today and I was overjoyed. I had been watching the parents for a few weeks. The farmers who own this land told me I was welcome to come out and photograph these babies whenever I like. The owls have been nesting in their yard since 1988!! They had several stories to share with me about watching the owls year after year. They didn't realize exactly where the nest was this year until I pointed it out to them...and they were shocked to see three babes in the nest instead of the usual one or two!!
