Old and new NAS
The old "NAS" was a rehabilitated iBook G4 with a 500GB Firewire drive. Shown here, it's draining its contents into the new system.
I was hoping that the DS210j would support HFS+, which is what the USB/Firewire drive is using. But, alas, I read that that would take some cross-compiling and kernel module hackery, so I figured it would just be best to rsync the old drive into shares on the new rig. Significantly slower, but the old "NAS" is still online, so it doesn't really matter.
