Photograph taken at an altitude of Fifteen metres, at 13:16pm on Monday 9th January 2023, off the Mall and Horse Guards Road within the grounds of St James's Park in Central London, one of the Royal parks of London situated in South West London.

 

 

Here we see a Blonde Chiloé wigeon (Mareca sibilatrix), a colour variation of the breed which is also known as the southern wigeon, one of three extant species of wigeon in the genus Mareca of the dabbling duck subfamily. This bird is indigenous to the southern part of South America, including the Chiloé Archipelago.
