Tap tool to make new, Input with Pen

Tapping the new icon creates a new journal. Writing a name with the pen enters it. Once done the title flips out of the way to open to a blank page.

Once saved "title area" lifts off of the page and waves like a flag, flips out of the way revealing a blank page (not shown here).
