Spotted Pardalote

Found her again on 17 August. I had sharper pics of her on the day. But this might be the one in which she looked the best.

After a minute or two in this tree, she headed off to a different tree (they seem to alternate between a couple of areas about 50 metres apart).

But as soon as she departed this tree, she was picked up by a New Holland Honeyeater. It honed onto her like a heat seeking missile and was fascinating to see how quick and elusive she could be. She managed to stay just an arms-length ahead of her pursuer till she disappeared into the leafy green of her destination. Fortunately I don't think NHH's kill their victims. Probably only like to torment them. I'll be sure to check back on her in time!
