This is the twenty-eighth entry for my 52 weeks project here on Flickr. It's probably the latest upload I've done for any week so far, but I didn't want to pass the opportunity to use the fabulous rain set of a friend of mine to shoot this week's picture.
Although there are some undeniably artificial elements, that were added in post processing, the rain is not. I was soaked to the skin! And it's the very first time I couldn't pull the trigger of my remote by myself because... well... even a Cactus V5 is not waterproof. So I set up the shot dry and handed the remote to my friend Ron. He turned on the water, waited until my clothes were nicely wet and began to shoot. Thanks a bunch, Ron! Without your help I wouldn't have been able to achieve this shot.
Camera info: ISO 100, 50 mm, f/7,1, 1/200 Sek.
Strobist info: One LumoPro LP120 zoomed to 80 mm at 1/2 power from back left and right for rim. One Yongnuo YN560 zoomed to 50 mm at 1/2 power shot into a Westcott collapsible umbrella from high front. All flashes were fired by Cactus V4 radio triggers. The camera was triggered by a Cactus V5.
