Anger got me flying off the handle once more

Now I’m just trying to get control of one thought

How did I get back here without noticing

People near me all talk poison on some cobra shit

I juggle with the choices, struggle with the voices

In my head now which makes the most sense

Not so blessed some think they’ll blow next

But their talk's not really new to an old head

Alarm bells ringing like code red

When they try interfere, take over the process

A parasite feeding off your energy

You trying to keep the balance in a way that it was meant to be

We don’t want to be laying with the enemy

We take control and create independently

Stress'll have you up turning in your sleep

So would I be better off to just work like a machine
