Our local village pond cygnets look soon to be flying the coop. Both parents getting them in line before taking the short, energetic and loud flight from one bank to the other.
Gulls, Coots and Goosanders scatter as the juveniles are still finding their wings, with one completely overshooting into the reeds on this pass, and catching me out before I could zoom back out to catch all the action.
