Ingera

Ethiopian night at Miriams:

 

Doro Wat (Ethiopian chicken in red pepper paste with eggs) and Ingera (the pancake bread), gingered vegetable stew, ginger carrot chutney and Mesir Wat (Ethiopian red lentil puree).

 

AND carob Mochi (Japanese rice cake) for dessert.
