these sea turtles in Mexico are huge, my first real encounter with them, and when we swam with them at Akumal Beach, down the coast from where we stayed near Xcaret, you got a real sense of their being and an amazing feeling to be snorkelling above these wonderful animals as they swam along the bottom of the sea bed, occasionally surfacing for air.
